Dream.

Prom was yesterday and so many people gathered at our church at 6.30pm with fancy dresses and expensive coats. Sonia and me were incharge of the registration counter. Everything was so hectic and messy. Amelia kept getting scolded by Sonia for talking with Shannon and not stamping the guest's hands. When the event started, we finally got our chance to eat and sit down to relax. Started off with some guy singing and later with the latin dancers.

Halfway through the MC played a game and the rule is you have to bring someone who's criteria is mentioned. And guess what was the second person to be brought out's criteria? A boy who has earring =.= And so most of my friends turned back and stared at me and shouted my name LOL The prize was a clock I guess. Later was the Hip hop dance by some random lala people. Then after that the dance floor was opened and people started dancing. Danced to some random oldies songs and techno later. Shannon and the gang was so hyper hahaha. At the very last minute they played slow songs. Finally =.=

I mean, all these years my idea of prom was like the guy starts the evening with a rose and then asks for the girl's hand for a romantic slow dance and lastly end the night with a kiss LOL. Mum said I was too old fashion =.= Guess prom nowadays are all about move it and shake it >.<

And guess what? Sonia's dad was the Prom King and my sister was the Prom Queen! Come on my sis' only 23 =.= But she really did some hardcore dancing LOL. Somehow I envied her xD For being able to dance without anything holding her back until she gets her Prom Queen title LOL. And now she's showing off her two bouquets of flowers to me zzz

So in conclusion, our Prom was a night to be remembered to some and rather disappointing for others. Hope you all will still look forward if we're organizing another one xD Below are some of the pics and more to come later

Sooooo... LTC was last week. Group name's Betelgeuse and I'm the 'father'. Had fun there but not much. Only thing I liked was the swimming pool and the food. Sessions was okay cause I went through Martin's sessions before so yeah I kinda got his message already. Like always I hate sitting down doing nothing. Our group won the best group cheer. Had a sickening headache on the second day for who knows what reasons. And a deep cut on my leg on the last day. Games were so so. Overall the camp was okay to me. And a job well done to Yen Chiew and Wai Hoong for organizing this course :) and also to Hannah for the tags.

Youth Cafe's Visit to the Old Folks

After six weeks of attending Youth Cafe and organizing one Coffee Morning, the form 4s finally visited the Old Folks Home at Main Convent as their last stop for the Youth Cafe program. We sang Christmas songs, danced and provided food for the not-so-young ladies. It's kinda sad being there cause reality hits you hard on the head when you see the people there are all alone without any siblings nor family to care for, only their friends and care takers to spend their old age with. One particular lady on the wheelchair was kinda talkative. I was talking to her the whole time LOL. She's asking us to revisit them again next time. I felt so bad when I had to say we will cause I don't know when will we be able to do so again. They were so happy that we visited them. Come on, who wouldn't when your life is all about eat sleep and waiting for that day to come :( Anyhow glad we could at least provide 3 hours of joy for them :D

New Moon

Went to cinema with Sonia, Bryan, Patrina, Joel, Val, Shannon and some random people I don't know xD Watched New Moon. WARNING SPOILER AHEAD!! If you ask my honest opinion I would say it's very very boring and stupid. But I don't really mind cause I went there without expecting anything from it in the first place XD You know my only reason for being there already LOL And I bet most of the girl's reason to watch it was to see Taylor Lautner's (Jacob) buffed body =.= I mean, all the girls were screaming thier lungs out when Jacob took his shirt off to wipe the blood off Bella =.= stupid people. And my sis' gonna be one of them screaming tomorrow LOL. And the atmosphere's never quiet with Shannon around LOL. Shannon and Bryan combo = unstoppable xD And sooo... LTC in another 2 more days. Sighs... :\

Threemonths :)

Had 3 dance practice back to back this week! Phew! It's rather tiring but satisfactory :D And yesterday was the audition! We had to stay back from 8 in the morning till 8 at night! Overall, our dances are all complete! Wheeeee~! Just need some touch up and we're ready for the up coming Fellowship Dinner! Well, a few weeks ago, we were so afraid we might get kicked out cause Mr. F FACE was threatening us that we better be ready and not disappoint him and so on. Well after seeing last night's full rehearsal, I realized that we are one of the best among the performances. Compared to dull and plain traditional dance and altar boy's 3 man show that is xD But I'm definitely amazed by the young dances who are so energetic and full of spirit LOL. They actually did pretty good! Except for that oh-so-wrong move LOL

Our couple dance was almost the last one. Sonia's parents were there when we're up on stage. And so happen now that we have 7 couples, it would be an A shaped formation meaning there will be a couple in the middle of the stage. Guess what? Sonia and I are the ones in the middle LOL! They said we're the best couple and they can refer to us if they forget any moves. So yeah I danced like a stick afraid that her parents might give negative feedback and so on BUT after the dance her dad said "Aiyo why the boys all so cool one? Must move a bit ma! Pull the girl in when she spin ma!" and her mum "Yeala! Why are you all so reserved? Like afraid of dancing only?" EPIC LOLAWTFBBQ! At situations like this you either use the word OWNED or ZHADOU.
